Interesting that I can’t rate anything other than what has been preset. Food was great, can’t complain but service was poor as delivery arrived 30 mins late and it was already an 80min delivery timeframe.

Poor service. Placed order at 8pm and is now 10.15pm and still waiting. I appreciate it is Friday might and weather is terrible but having to wait this amount of time is ridiculous

Fish&Chips: Fish was fresh and meaty and big size, but very very greasy. 6 pieces of paper wrapping and it was still leaking out. Chips were rotten. All scrap ends and burnt with lots of eyes. Nevertheless yippee too the FISH

Didn’t receive any salad with our order and didn’t receive the cold chilli sauce as requested. Unable to get through on phone to advise of this.
Ordered food at 21:21pm. Then at 22:35pm with no food delivered we rang the restaurant which we were then told it hadn't even left the shop yet. They told us it would be delivered in 15 minutes however didn't arrive until 23:15pm and there were missing items when arrived. Would like a refund
Ordered for 7 called prior was told fine, got to the shop at 7 nothing ready. Waited 20 minutes after order time got order. Got home no haggis, will not pre order again what a joke. Order online 1757387, or other number was 66. Number 07444374719. But don't expect you to call as can't get order on time and correct

Waited over an hour and 45 minutes for fish and chips, didn’t even order any pizza… still hasn’t even arrived… definitely won’t be ordering again. Crazy!!!!!

Not impressed waited almost 2 hours to find the order wasn't even right. Surely if your delivery times are that long the least you can do is make sure the order is 100% correct before sending it out. And since when did a tikka wrap with chips have the chips outside the wrap. Fair to say I won't be ordering again in a hurry it's a shame these guys used to be amazing but that seems to have changed alot as of late ????????????
Forgot why I ordered, ooooh yeah I WAS hungry. Mmmmmmm by the time the food eventually turned up I was ready for my bed, don’t mind waiting if your honest with times but this was a waste of a take away, as the salad and chips will be binned cause we won’t now be eating it till tomorrow , ordered at 8.15 was told 90 mins it’s now 2 hours 20 mins since we ordered that’s 55 mins late, my poor son is now in bed and has missed his take away , rather stressed cause this was his tea instead he’s gone to bed on an empty tummy sorry he’s had a few snacks eg nuts not good enough, you can contact me at [email protected] I look forward for response on why it’s taken this long.
Absolutely disgusting! Asked for no mushrooms on the pizza the full thing was covered in mushrooms!! Chips were very hard total waste of £23 as it just went in the bin! Wont be ordering again

Quantities were far better for 3 adults this time. (3 fish and 2 chips last time, far too much) 2 Haddock and one portion of chips this time, with mushy peas and one portion of curry sauce. Very good.
